We have been profitable throughout the Internet boom and bust, focusing on providing reliable services and personal support. In 2003 we expanded into Internet publishing, providing editorial content to third-party sites as well as operating niche web sites and weblogs under the Webworks brand.

Rich is a recognized authority on the web hosting market. In addition to his experience overseeing the hosting operations of Miller Webworks LLC, Rich currently tracks industry trends as an analyst for Netcraft, the world's leading provider of data on web site hosting, technology and performance. He previously spent four years covering the data center market for CarrierHotels.com, during which he helped market data center properties for some of the world's largest telecom companies.

Rich is a regular source for media covering technology, and has been quoted in The New York Times, MSNBC, Wired, New Scientist, The Washington Post, Computer Weekly, IT Conversations and Web Host Industry Review.

From 1982-2000 Rich worked for daily and weekly newspapers in New Jersey, including The Princeton Packet, Home News (now Home News Tribune) and The Times of Trenton, covering sports, religion, business, features and race relations. His Tech Talk column was nationally syndicated by The Newhouse News Service from 1999-2000.
